Version 2 released!

Version 2 has released! Changes are listed in order of how much they affect gameplay:
- Make the coin counter react to undos. This change can be undone in the !add_practical_mod.lua file.
- Add an option to make the coin counter affected by undos! It's enabled by default in the new version.
- Add words SUC, WET, AHDJKSGHJBHFJ, MESS, SPAWN, JUMP (UP), CUE, LANDED, and RIVE.
- Rework DORT partially.
- Add the Edge tile, which looks like a navy blue square. It acts as a portable version of the level border. It must be in the level data for RIVE to function properly.
- Fix a bug with HIJKL that would cause it to repeatedly error if it is active on the first turn.
- Change the code for Debt, Sale, Rich, Tax, Veck, Shame, Turn, Return, and Trill, which will fix bugs with them, including a bug where "KEKE IS TRILL" would make keke Trill even if no Kekes were present, and a bug where LEVEL OR EMPTY IS RICH would act odd.
- Remove Extra Settings compatibility, and move it to its own menu.
- Remove featureguide.txt. It is now contained within the readme and the glossary.
- Add support for LEVEL and EMPTY for almost every word except DORT, SHOW, KEKED, AHDJKSGHJBHFJ, JUMP, RIVE, and a few that would never make sense anyway.
- Change how the word "todd" is loaded into the editor, allowing the user to add more Todd words, assuming they have a way of making the sprites for them.
- Fix many bugs with Teshoid.
- Change some particles.
- Change the sprites for BINGLE, BANGLE, BONGLE, and the TODD words, since I accidentally left placeholders in the version 1 release. :(
- Change the tooltips and glossary blurbs.
- Change some filenames.
- Fix various bugs.
- Change the itch.io page and add a devlog. :)
